Inside Sales Representative in Hungary (Budapest)
We need you here:
Your role: close to customers, strong in salesAs an internal sales representative, you will be the main point of contact between our customers, the sales team and our internal departments.
- Consulting with expertise: Support your customers via phone and email, providing them with expert advice on pricing, availability and potential applications for our electronic components, ranging from transistors to capacitors.
- Offers & negotiations: You calculate margins, prepare bespoke offers and conduct goal-focused, tactful price negotiations.
- Secure order management: You manage incoming orders and delivery statuses to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Business development: You identify follow-up opportunities, secure repeat business and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Data accuracy: Who? When? What? Thanks to your careful data management, you can always provide information on the status of current orders.
- Team collaboration: You work closely with colleagues from sales, purchasing and logistics to ensure the best possible service.
Your experience and qualifications:
- Completed commercial training, e.g., office management, wholesale and foreign trade or industrial clerk
- Several years of experience in internal sales, ideally in the electronics or industrial sector
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and enjoyment of customer interaction
- A structured, reliable and independent working style
- Team spirit and willingness to continuously develop your skills
