In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our key clients in the EMS sector. You will be their primary point of contact, serving as the main point of contact for all communication and coordination between the client and ECOMAL.
You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and keeping up to date on industry trends.
Your role also includes:
- Build and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in different areas, such as purchasing or R&D.
- Understand the clients specific needs and requirements and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to grow sales and improve customer service.
- Negotiate and close deals that meet both customer and company objectives.
- Support the local sales organisations in relation to inquiries and requirements of our key customers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Inside and Outside Sales, Business Development) to ensure excellent customer service.
This role is remote, but overseas travel may be required regularly.
